The Conference "Simulation and Visualization" 2006 (Simulation und Visualisierung) is open to everyone with interest in the fields of simulation, modelling and visualization
(SimVis). The goal of this conference is the presentation of new research and innovative applications. In addition SimVis provides meeting place for simulation and visualization
practitioners, researchers, and vendors working in all disciplines and in the industrial, governmental, military, and academic sectors.
The conference program is being organized into tracks that reflect the current state of the SimVis field as well as the mix of interests and professional orientations of
