Submissions


The Program Committee invites submissions of high-quality or application papers until 9th November 2007. The conference proceedings will be published with SCS European Publishing House. Formatting guidelines and templates for your submission can be found later at the conference website. The conference languages are English and German.

Paper submissions: Your paper submission should be a full paper of up to 14 pages. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three reviewers in order to ensure a high quality. We expect papers presenting original research; previously submitted work or work being submitted to any other conference will be rejected without review.

SimVis 2008 encourages the submission of the following kinds of papers:
  • technical papers
  • application papers
  • survey papers, showing the state-of-the-art of certain areas in Simulation and Visualization.
All kinds of papers are considered as peer-reviewed long papers.

To prepare your paper, please follow the formatting guidelines and use the layout templates given below. We recomment using LaTeX. For review, please submit a PDF file. Guidelines to prepare the final version for accepted papers will be sent to the authors after the review process.
